Fraudulent Contractor Arrested For Charging 100k

An Orange Contractor Charged 100K for Unfinished Work, police state that a victim paid to have a contractor finish the kitchen in his home and install custom cabinets. The contractor failed to finish the job. Later police arrested the contractor for allegedly being hired to complete work that he never finished.
