SO-Cal Prison Murder Investigated For Homicide

 State prison officials stated that the almost thirty year old inmate David Dominguez's death is being investigated as an intentional homicide. Two inmates from the IE are linked to the murder at the So-Cal state prison, and others are being questioned.
