CA Will Have New Legislation Protecting Animals From Abuse

Beginning in January first, animal abusers in CA will be subject to a strict legislation regarding animal abuse. The governor is expected to sign legislation at possibly in front of the media. Many animal lovers are excited and celebrating the new legislation.
