CHP Officer Becomes Victim Of Hit & Run

 Police Declare A Win And Capture A Hit-Run Suspect Who Harmed A CHP Official And His Vehicle. The criminal was captured after supposedly colliding with the rear end of the police officers suv  on an OC highway underpass prior to the hit and run.
