College Dorm Burglar Physically Abuses Victim After Stealing His Cap

 Man Beaten up by Burglar In California. Police say that the assault happened on College Campus Street. The innocent person in which fell victim to the crime followed the suspect inside the store to recover his baseball cap. The victim, according to the police, caught up with the suspect as he was leaving the store through the back door, and the suspect physically abused the victim several times.
