Homeless Man Arrested Is Suspect For Two Violent Attacks

 After several violent attacks in Santa Monica being reported, a homeless man was arrested and now in jail. After beating a woman at the Santa Monica beach last week close to the Santa Monica Pier. Police say that the homeless are the cause of many reports.
