Ferry Is Victim Of Aggravated DWI Accident In North Fork

 After crashing into the side of a ferry, a man is charged with DWI. He was disembarking when he crashed into the ferry's side. According to police, he was taken into custody, charged with aggravated DWI and driving while under an unknown substance, ahe was also held overnight for arraignment at Shelter Island Justice Court. He was released on the condition that he go to court on a "promise."
