Individual Who Punctured Another Man With A Blade Is Deceased

 Santa Monica Law Enforcement says that as per Santa Monica Law Enforcement, the individual extracted a blade from his attire and punctured the officer. The individual was instructed by the officer to await his turn and follow directions, but unexpectedly, the perpetrator drew a blade from his attire and punctured the officer, who was equipped and vacated the location of the incident.
