Manhunt In NY Finishes With Underage Male Indictment

After a detailed manhunt, police stated that at least one suspect remains at large. Suspicious mailbox activity led to a fiery crash. A risky escape attempt and a wild pursuit followed an attempt to steal federally protected mail. A vehicle matching the description was discovered by patrol officers upon arrival. Before patrol units found the vehicle, the driver fled at high speed as the officers attempted to stop the vehicle traveling westbound. The vehicle was briefly out of sight of the police. At the point when they found the vehicle, it was off the street, and down a dike, overwhelmed on a large potentially explosive fire. A Manhattan resident who was under the age of eighteen was charged. The other suspects in question were thoroughly consulted and delivered without criminal allegations.
